As the most prolific races of all on the Thestra continent, the humans have a major role in all MMO role-playing games, not except for the game called Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. The Humans in VSH are the dominat race on the Thestra continent and the influence or presence of this race can be felt on eevery corner of the vast continent.
Even though they are bereft of some racial triat of other races, for example, they lack the wonderous size of the lesser giants, the long life span or longevity of the elves or the strong resilience of the dwarves but they manage to compensate for it with an endlessly burning desire to succeed, an unwavering tenacity and maybe most importantly, the highly flexible ability to adapt to surroundings.
Following the great invasion led by legions of undead that ruined their home city of Targonor, the humans had no choice but headed north and rebuilt, founding the giant fortress city of New Targonor. This last bastion of human achievement can safeguard not only the humans themselves but also all the races of the Thestra continent.
While New Targonor is the climax of human civilization, most of them are still born in small outlaying farming villages like Tursh. A Thestran human�s interests can be very diverse and they frequently practice a boarder variety of professions than all other races, thanks to their versatile abilities that were born with them.
