Items are very useful in many MMORPGs as well as Vanguard: Saga of Heroes as they are always your way to help you get lots of good things to use during your game play and perhaps bring you a wealth of money or gold as well.
In VSoH, items are considered to be much-needed or desirable among players in the game of Vanguard and they can very vary in terms of forms. Items in the sense of online games are fairly general.
It can be anything that a player character can carry, use, store, or may be dropped by an NPC (Non-player character), monster, beast or mob. Items can also be Equipment, resources, quest objects, reagents, merchandise, and so on. All these things can be called items in the game as well.
